Buyer's Premium: Buyer's premium is added to the high bid price per item.  10% on the first $2,500 and 5% on the balance per item.  Additional 2% fee when bidding online.

Inspection/Preview: Wednesday, September 16 through Auction Day, 8 AM - 4 PM.

Removal: All items must be removed by Saturday, September 26. Removal hours are Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM.  No weekend load-out available. Items left after this date will be subject to storage fees up to $100 per item, per day. Any item left after this date will be moved and stored at buyer's expense.
